Routing, account and check number printed in the standard E-13B font, positioned where bank scanners read it.
Your first check is free
Write, sign and print bank-ready checks on blank check stock in about a minute. Nothing to install. Sign in with Google, email or phone, and your bank details never leave your device.
How it works
Enter your business name, routing and account number once. They're saved only on this device.
Payee, amount and memo. The amount in words fills itself in, and your signature can be added automatically.
Print on blank check stock from your phone or computer, or save it as a PDF to send or print later.

Any regular inkjet or laser printer works. For real checks, print on blank check stock (sold at office supply stores and online), letter size, with the check on the top, middle or bottom, or 3 per page. Banks prefer magnetic (MICR) toner for the bank line, and many accept regular black ink too. Already have pre-printed checks? Switch to “Pre-printed checks” and only the payee, amount, date and memo print.
Checks you print yourself are legal and widely used by businesses. Quick Check Writer prints the standard E-13B bank line (MICR) with your routing and account numbers in the right place. Acceptance is up to your bank, so print one test check and ask your bank, especially if you plan to use regular ink instead of magnetic toner.

Your first check prints clean, with no watermark. After that you can still fill in and preview checks, but printed and shared checks show “SAMPLE – NOT VALID” until you subscribe.

Your data never leaves this device. Accounts, bank numbers, payees and check history are saved only in this browser. Nothing is sent to any server. Each device keeps its own copy, so use Backup to move it between your computer and phone.
The bank line uses GnuMICR, a free E-13B font by Eric Sandeen (GPL), shipped alongside this app: readme, license, source.
Typed signatures use free handwriting fonts: Great Vibes, Dancing Script, Allura, Sacramento and Mrs Saint Delafield (SIL Open Font License, license) and Homemade Apple (Apache 2.0, license). They're stored with the app, so they work offline.
